At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, with a commitment to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $43,400 - $54,300. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.
Are you passionate about CNC Programming? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our fabrication function. As a Basic CNC Programmer, you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. The CNC Programming group is responsible for creating CNC programs throughout the fabrication department, including creating programs for lathes, mills, press brakes, punch press, laser, waterjet, and other technologies. You will work with various drawings and blueprints, from simple hand-drawn documents to CAD-generated assemblies. Maintaining high quality and productivity standards and adhering to safety practices are essential. Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work closely with Programmers, machinists, engineers, designers, and production personnel are required.
