Qualifications

AAS degree in machine/tool technology or equivalent.
3+ years of CNC turning programming experience.
MasterCAM Mill experience a plus.
SolidWorks CAM programming experience a plus.
Able to perform complete setup and operation of CNC machining centers.
Experience mentoring and leading projects.
ERP systems experience.
Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain CNC programs using CAM software.
Document tooling and setup procedures to maximize changeovers.
Lead small projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Assist with material, tooling, and machine selection to drive improvements.
Lead equipment selection and automation implementation.
Analyze data and present summaries to justify process, tooling, or machine changes.
Interface with design engineering, machinists, machine operators, and quality/inspection personnel.
Utilize ERP software to track and monitor consumables.
