Qualifications

• Capable computer skills required.
• Experience with CNC programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs using Delcam Powermill for sand-cast components.
• Set-up, adjust, operate, and maintain a robotic cell for machining sand molds and tooling.
• Perform machining duties to prove out programs on production and prototype work.
• Lead problem-solving in production environments and optimize tooling approaches.
• Develop and maintain programs for a Maus automated grinding work cell.
• Establish relationships with suppliers of equipment and consumables.
• Train other employees to be self-sufficient in the production environment.
