Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a dedicated CNC Operator for our Greenfield manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CNC machining or Swiss turning is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to interpret specifications and maintain tight tolerances.
• Familiar with safety protocols and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, milling tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to meet specifications.
• Load materials, set up tooling, and program machines as needed.
• Inspect finished parts and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor safety, housekeeping, and daily machine maintenance.
