Cascade Engineering Technologies, Inc. in Canby, Oregon is seeking a Senior CNC Programmer to develop and optimize programs for 3, 4, and 5-axis aerospace parts. You will create Mastercam toolpaths, review drawings and GD&T, and support setup, prove-out, and first article checks.

The role emphasizes precision, process improvement, and collaboration with machinists and engineers to reduce cycle times and improve quality. Eligible to work in the United States; competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming using Mastercam.
• 3+ years of machining experience.
• Experience programming 3, 4, and/or 5-axis CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, tooling, and setting speeds and feeds.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, models, specifications, and GD&T.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience with verification software such as Vericut preferred.
• Experience machining aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and/or Inconel preferred.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
