Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or HS diploma with relevant experience.
  • At least 2+ years in manufacturing operations with CNC programming.
  • Hands-on with CAM/CAD software and machine controls; strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, modify, and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis milling, turning, and grinding.
  • Troubleshoot machine controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma) on the shop floor.
  • Verify programs with Vericut and support process improvements and safety goals.
  • Train operators, develop standard work, and assist startups and production.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engrs and production teams on tooling and layouts.
