Saint-Gobain Omniseal Solution in Garden Grove, CA seeks an experienced CNC Programmer for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:00pm-12:00am, overtime). The role focuses on programming, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for multi-axis mills/lathe, plus Wire EDM and tool CAD design.

Collaboration with engineering, QA, and tooling techs is essential. Requirements include 6+ years in plastic manufacturing with CNC experience; SolidWorks/Mastercam/CAD/HCAM and G/M Code skills; preferred NTMA/MSSC

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma preferred.
• NTMA certification preferred.
• MSSC certification preferred.
• 6+ years plastic manufacturing/CNC experience preferred.
• SolidWorks, Mastercam, CAD/HCAM, G-Code and M-Code experience; Mazaktrol CAMLink preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program, design, and optimize CNC for multi-axis mills and lathes.
• Develop Wire EDM programs and CAD designs for tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, CNC production, and tooling techs.
• Create fixtures, custom tools, cutters and form tools; maintain CNC programs.
