Job summary

JARP Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for the 1st shift, onsite in Wisconsin. You will develop and program computer-controlled processes for manufacturing parts, under the supervision of the Manufacturing Engineer and CNC Programming Team Lead.

The role requires writing CAM and G-code, selecting tools, and running simulations to validate programs before production. A vocational/technical program or equivalent experience is expected, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Programming education from a vocational/technical school or 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to write CNC programs for new parts and review existing programs.
• Experience with CAM software to generate machine code and simulations.

Responsibilities

• Write machining programs for new parts as assigned by the Senior Programmer.
• Maintain routings for current machines and ensure up-to-date documentation.
• Determine machining processes from drawings/prints.
