Kondex is seeking a 1st shift Manufacturing Engineering Technician / CNC Programmer in Wisconsin. You will support engineering and manufacturing efforts, including CNC programming, fixture specification, and prototype development, to launch new products.

Responsibilities include specifying machinery, performing Mastercam 5-axis programming, developing tooling and process controls, documenting changes, and ensuring operator training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Journeyman status preferred; education may be substituted by experience.
• Mastercam programming experience with 5-axis capability required.
• 2–3 years in a technical role with emphasis on multi-axis CNC programming.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
• Experience designing or implementing cells, flow lines or other manufacturing processes.
• Machinery maintenance or tooling experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents; SolidWorks proficiency.
• Proficiency in 3D software and Microsoft Office; MS Project preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem solving and planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Specify machinery and equipment for new products and oversee installation and startup.
• Perform CNC programming in Mastercam, including 5-axis control.
• Assist in development of tooling, fixtures, and process controls.
• Document process changes with work instructions and routings; maintain records.
• Ensure effective operator training for new and revised processes.
• Provide CNC and robotic production support.
• Construct prototypes for testing and field evaluation.
• Conduct process testing and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Assist with PPAP and APQP activities, including capability studies and FMEA.
• Assist in supplier qualification and process improvements.
