The CNC Programmer is a full-time, on-site role based in Apple Valley, CA. This role is responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for advanced machine set up and operation with limited management oversight using conventional mills and lathes, CNC milling machines and CNC lathes, wire EDM and other standard support equipment to meet precise engineering and quality requirements. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings and specifications, selecting appropriate tools and machining strategies, setting up and testing programs on CNC equipment, and troubleshooting issues to ensure efficient production. The CNC Programmer collaborates closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to support continuous improvement, minimize scrap, and maintain safety and compliance standards. Accurate documentation of programs, setups, and revisions is expected as part of ongoing process control.
