My client is a leading contract manufacturer and is looking to add a CNC Programmer who specializes in programming Swiss Machines to their team.

$2,500 Hire Bonus - 50% paid after 30 days of employment, balance after 90 days.

Job Details

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain NC programs using Partmaker software to facilitate continuous production of machined parts
• Utilize knowledge of available CNC Swiss equipment and tooling to create the most efficient production process possible
• Create and control technical information: Setup Sheets, Process plans, and Work instructions required to produce parts to exacting standards in a timely manner
• Identify and troubleshoot process problems to keep production flowing
• Collaborate with sales team to perform time studies to generate accurate cost estimates within part specifications
• Setup and perform first part run offs and coordinate with operators to understand machining operation and documents
