Actalent in Tulsa, OK is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to own programming of precision components in a custom fabrication/job shop setting. You will create and optimize CNC programs, interpret drawings, select tooling, and support first article inspections.

This contract-to-hire role offers onsite work, collaboration with machinists and engineers, and a path to higher efficiency and quality through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software.
• Strong understanding of CNC milling and turning operations.
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD models.
• Experience with tight-tolerance, custom-machined parts.
• Strong troubleshooting and continuous improvement mindset.

We're seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team and take ownership of programming precision-machined components in a custom fabrication/job shop environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on unique, one-off parts while collaborating with machinists and engineers to improve quality, efficiency, and production performance.

Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
