Quest Global is seeking a CNC Programmer to develop manufacturing processes for power generation turbine components. The successful candidate will own manufacturing from development through project completion and collaborate with engineering and production teams on complex, multi-axis milling.
This role requires hands-on CNC programming, tool selection, fixturing, and process optimization, with responsibility for CAPEX projects, QA plans, and cost estimates.

The ideal candidate is a proactive Manufacturing Engineer who will own product manufacturing from development through project completion.A successful candidate in this position will be responsible for developing conventional machining processes for engine ran and new power generation turbine components.The position also assists in shop floor execution, perform data analysis to drive process improvement, and interact with Product Engineering departments to address non-conformances and opportunities to improve design manufacturability.Our Programmers are expected to work collaboratively with other Manufacturing Engineers, Fixture Engineers, CMM Programmers, and Set-up Operators on a daily basis in these efforts.
