• We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

• Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for quality control and inspection of machined parts.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Conduct routine checks on machine operators and the performance of programs as needed.
• Fabricate components using various tools and machinery while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• WoodWop (Homag operating software)
• B_Suite (Biesse operating software)
• Experience with nesting software, particularly CutRite.
• Proficiency in Creo (formerly ProE) for CAD design (experience with other CAD programs is a plus).
• Partner with operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Support safety initiatives, Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively.
• Assist in new product introductions, ensuring seamless integration into existing manufacturing processes.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments for quality assurance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
