Job summary

Saige Partners in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop, test, and optimize machining programs for high-precision components. You will interpret engineering drawings, select tooling, and work with engineering and shop-floor teams to meet product requirements.

The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving, GD&T knowledge, and proficiency with CAD/CAM software, with hands-on experience programming CNC machines in a precision manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot G-code and M-code.
  • Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of tooling and materials.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
  • Experience in CNC programming within a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
