Responsibilities

• Program multiple CNC machines (press brakes, laser, blanking) to produce sheet metal components.
• Build and optimize nests from customer models and drawings.
• Develop production-ready programs using CAD and CNC software.
• Support blanking and nesting with Amada VPSS4iE Blank.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve programming efficiency and material utilization.

TheCNCBlankingProgrammerwillsupporttheprogrammingandproductionofprecisionsheetmetalcomponents,workingcloselywiththemanufacturingfloortoensureprogramsareaccurate,efficient,andproduction-ready.

• CloseNon-ConformanceMaterialReports(NCMRs)andaddresspre-productionreviewactionitems


• Reviewcustomermodelsandprintstoensuremanufacturabilityandprogrammingaccuracy


• Collaboratewithengineering,production,andotherinternalteamstoresolvemanufacturingissues
