Core Responsibilities

• Develop programs for a variety of CNC machinery, such as laser turrets, blanking tools, and press brakes.
• Ensure efficient production by creating and executing nests derived from customer designs and technical drawings.
• Contribute to quality improvement by resolving Non-Conformance Material Reports and addressing pre-production review tasks.
• Provide technical guidance to the production team to assist with setup challenges and programming inquiries.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in SolidWorks.
• Background in CNC programming.
• Direct experience within the sheet metal fabrication industry (candidates with exclusively machining backgrounds will not be considered).
• Familiarity with Amada VPSS 4iE Blank software is highly advantageous.

Technical Environment

The facility utilizes SolidWorks, Amada VPSS 4iE Blank, Dr. Abe Bend, Radan, and Plex software.

Working Hours

This is a 1st shift role. While not guaranteed, overtime may be necessary during peak production times, and there is a possibility of occasional weekend shifts depending on operational requirements.
