Job summary

EQ United is seeking an experienced full‑time CNC Programmer to develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for manufacturing operations. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure parts are produced accurately, efficiently, and to established quality standards.

The role involves creating and modifying programs from drawings, selecting tooling and speeds, setting up machines for test runs, and troubleshooting issues to maintain high quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• CNC programming and machining experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CNC programming and CAD/CAM software.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and cutting tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
