AccuForm Precision LLC in Youngstown, OH is seeking a skilled CNC Program Engineer to join our team. You will write programs for 4- and 5-axis milling centers, with emphasis on Fanuc control and offline CAM work using Gibbs, Mastercam or equivalents.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of CNC programming experience, strong drawing and GD&T skills, CAD fixture design in SolidWorks or Inventor, and knowledge of tool holders and cutters.

Qualifications

• 3 years of CNC programming experience required.
• Strong drawing/print reading abilities.
• Understanding of GD&T is helpful.
• Experience with CAM programming and knowledge of cutters/tool holders.

Responsibilities

• Write programs for 4- and 5-axis CNC machines (Fanuc control).
• Design workholding fixtures using CAD software; long-term training available.
• Build tool sets for production jobs and hand off to QA/production.
• Troubleshoot and improve programs regularly.
• Develop processes for part setup, deburring, and gauging to support QA and documentation.
