Qualifications

Experience supervising and developing a high-performing team.

Knowledge of Lean, 5S, standard work, and continuous improvement.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems; SAP preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Builds, leads, and develops a high-performing team with clear expectations.
Maintains floor presence, identifies and resolves production issues.
Coaches employees through feedback, training, and performance management.
Monitors machine utilization, labor efficiency, quality, and delivery.
Identifies bottlenecks and partners with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance.
Ensures SOPs, standard work, and safety procedures are followed.
Supports new product introductions and process changes.
Manages attendance, timekeeping, and disciplinary actions.
