Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Production Supervisor- CNC (3rd Shift) in Tallahassee, FL to lead daily manufacturing activities, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

You will coach operators and team leaders, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and promote 5S and workplace organization while maintaining a high-performance team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience supervising or leading teams in manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of production, safety, and quality in an industrial setting.
• Ability to coach employees, manage performance, and handle day-to-day people decisions.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Preferred: experience with machining processes and CNC environments; Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Coach and develop operators and team leaders through training and feedback.
• Drive root-cause problem solving to remove obstacles and improve processes on the floor.
