Staff Management | SMX at Magna in Muncie, IN is seeking a Production Operator to assemble and inspect drivetrain components using CNC machines, grinders, and spline rollers. You will operate equipment, assist with packaging, and help maintain clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines, grinders, and spline rollers.
• Ability to read basic measurements and use inspection tools.
• Basic math skills required.
• Knowledge of lean and cellular manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines daily to assemble and inspect drivetrain components.
• Package, label, and maintain quality documentation.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and lean improvements.
• Support production goals during downtime.
