Overview

Wieland is a global leader in copper and copper alloy manufacturing, processing, and distribution. Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Set up machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and offsets to maintain part quality.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Verify dimensions and surface finishes meet print or process requirements.
• Record inspection data and report deviations or defects promptly.
• Follow and maintain quality control procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; technical certificate is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year CNC experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to multitask job duties effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location & Schedule

Location: Coldwater, Ohio (fully on-site).

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (training period 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Compensation

Starting Pay: $27.31 – $31.47 per hour.

Pay Schedule: Weekly.
