Job summary

Bellwood Enterprises in Plano, TX seeks a CNC Process Lead to shape and own the new equipment workflow. You will learn current processes before installation, set up and program machines, and take day-to-day ownership to drive quality and efficiency.

This role requires strong critical-thinking, technical ability, and leadership to optimize production and mentor operators as we scale up with new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help develop manufacturing process, workflows, setup standards and operating procedures before installation.
• Participate in new equipment installation and commissioning.
• Own equipment setup, programming, changeovers and day-to-day operation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, software, material, and quality issues.
• Optimize nesting, material yield, cycle time and machine uptime.
• Coordinate production sequencing to feed downstream assembly lines.
• Help train and develop the operator responsible for routine operation.

Job description

Salary: 70k-80k w/ bonus + unlimited PTO + 70% medical coverage & 100% Dental/Vision coverage

World-class, rapidly growing manufacturer in Plano, TX looking for a CNC Process Lead.

The company is bringing in new cutting equipment expected to produce approximately 3–5x the output of its current machines. This person will get involved before the equipment arrives, learn the current process, help develop standards and workflows, participate in commissioning, and ultimately become the technical owner of the new equipment.

This is not a traditional machine operator or button-pushing position. We are looking for someone with strong critical-thinking skills, technical ability, and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Help develop the manufacturing process, workflows, setup standards and operating procedures before installation.
• Participate in new equipment installation and commissioning.
• Own equipment setup, programming, changeovers and day-to-day operation.

• Coordinate production sequencing to keep multiple downstream assembly lines supplied.
