Job summary

Fusion Life Sciences Technologies LLC seeks an Engineering Technician III to support Raynham manufacturing operations and supplier process development for new products. Qualifications

• High school degree required with CNC programming and equipment setup experience.
• 3–5 years of Engineering Technician experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Experience in medical device or similarly regulated manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete CNC programs for complex multi-axis milling and lathe applications.
• Utilize CAM software such as Unigraphics (preferred), SolidCAM, or Mastercam.
• Drive production process design, tooling strategy, and machining optimization.
• Support fixture design and GD&T interpretation for complex machining processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements to improve productivity, quality, cycle time, and throughput.
• Spend significant time on the production floor collaborating with engineering and operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead cost-reduction and efficiency projects with measurable results.
• Communicate issues and improvement plans to engineering and production teams.
