JobAdder Operations Pty in Oklahoma is seeking a CNC Process Engineer to own multi-axis machining processes and drive optimization from program to production. You will design fixtures, select tooling, and standardize processes while collaborating with production and quality teams to improve capability and throughput.
You will work across CAD/CAM workstations and shop floor setups, balancing engineering rigor with hands-on problem solving.
Own the CNC processes behind precision parts: program, fixture, and optimize multi-axis machining on-site in Sallisaw, OK.
CNC Process Engineer | Multi-Axis Machining and Process Optimization
What if your next role put you in charge of how the parts actually get made?
This CNC Process Engineer position is built for an engineer who wants real ownership. You will not be babysitting someone else's programs. You will be the primary technical link between product design and production. You will decide how precision parts are programmed, fixtured, tooled, and machined, and then make every one of those steps faster, leaner, and more precise.
It is a role for someone who is equally comfortable at a CAD/CAM workstation and standing beside a multi-axis machine working through a stubborn tolerance issue. Your time is split between a professional engineering office and an active plant floor, so your ideas move from screen to spindle quickly and you get to see the results.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Most process roles give you a narrow slice of the work. This one gives you the full picture. You will own multi-axis process development, programming, custom fixture design, quality partnership, documentation, and Lean improvement, all in one seat.
You report directly to the Engineering Manager, so your recommendations are heard and acted on without layers in between. Your impact is measurable in cycle times, scrap rates, OEE, and process capability. As the go-to technical resource for operators and production staff, your expertise raises the capability of the whole floor.
