Job summary

Qualifications

• Reads drawings and programs brake to bend and form parts.
• Performs routine maintenance on brake machines.
• Operates CNC cut, plasma, oxy, and shear equipment when required.
• Maintains tight tolerances with precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Reads drawings and blueprints and programs brake to run bend and forming operations using dies.
• Checks dimensions with micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges to ensure tight tolerances.
• Compensates for bend allowances for varying sheet thicknesses.
• Performs routine maintenance on the brake machines.
• Works with the team to produce high quality products that satisfy customers.
