Job summary

Integrity Manufacturing is seeking a full-time CNC Accurpress Brake Operator in San Antonio, Texas. You will set up, load programs, and run brake presses to form aluminum parts per blueprints and tolerances.

The role requires 1–3 years of CNC brake operation experience, familiarity with Accurpress machines, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds while standing for 10+ hours. Competitive hourly DOE with four 10-hour days and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of CNC brake press operation experience.
• Specific experience with Accurpress machinery preferred.
• Strong understanding of aluminum bend allowances.
• Proficiency with precision inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Setup and run CNC Accurpress brake presses.
• Program Loading: Select and load the correct CNC programs.
• Tooling Setup: Install and align dies and punches.
• Material Handling: Handle and process aluminum sheet goods carefully.
• Surface Protection: Prevent scratches on cosmetic aluminum surfaces.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
• First-Article Inspection: Verify first part meets blueprint specs.
• Routine Maintenance: Daily machine cleaning and fluid checks.

Position Summary

Set up and operate a CNC Accurpress brake machine to bend, form, and shape aluminum sheet metal parts according to technical blueprints and precision tolerances.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hourly Rate: DOE (Depends on Experience).
• Shift: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Days: Monday through Thursday.
• Work Week: Four 10-hour days.
• Overtime: Mandatory as production requires.
