Job summary

MP Equipment, LLC, a Middleby company, seeks an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator in Gainesville, GA. You will program, set up, and operate press brake machines, ensuring parts meet print specifications while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will follow work travelers, document setups, manage tooling, and record production data. The role requires attention to detail, steady time management, and the ability to maintain equipment and a clean workspace in a fast-paced fabrication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating a CNC press brake machine.
• Knowledge of press brake tooling and material thicknesses.
• Knowledge of different material types.
• Knowledge of using different measuring gauges and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC press brake machines to produce machined parts.
• Follow operation procedures and drawings to complete work travelers.
• Select and verify correct tooling for each operation to ensure accuracy.
• Log time and production data for each setup and machining operation.
• Inspect parts per QC procedures and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow housekeeping procedures.
• Assist with machine maintenance and other tasks as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
