Jensen Metal Products Inc. in Racine, WI is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Setup & Programmer to join our manufacturing team.

This hands-on role requires independent programming, setup, and operation of CNC press brakes to meet customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, determine bend sequences, select tooling, and perform complete machine setups while maintaining safe practices and a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and engineering drawings to determine tooling and sequences.
• Capable of first-piece and in-process inspections with precision instruments.
• Skilled at setting up and operating CNC press brakes with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Program, set up, and operate CNC press brake equipment to produce precision sheet metal components
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications to determine tooling, bend sequences, and machine setup requirements
• Select, install, and align tooling to ensure efficient production and dimensional accuracy
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Verify part dimensions and quality standards while maintaining required production rates
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and forming issues to minimize downtime and scrap
• Perform routine machine maintenance and daily equipment inspections
• Accurately record production and quality information as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, engineering, and leadership teams
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
