Job summary

IEA in Kenosha, WI is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator, Level 3 to set up and operate CNC controlled forming, bending and rolling equipment. You will read blueprints, program CNC, adjust ram/back gauge, inspect parts, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety and quality in a Six Sigma environment.

Six or more years of fabricating machine experience preferred; forklift certification helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of specific fabricating machine experience.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in CNC programming for press brake operations.
• Excellent math and measurement skills for tolerances.
• Knowledge of safety practices and ISO/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake and forming equipment.
• Interpret prints and adjust tooling, ram and back gauge.
• Program CNC to produce parts meeting specifications.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspections.
• Maintain housekeeping and tool maintenance per procedures.
• Support training of less skilled operators as needed.
• Adhere to Six Sigma and ISO quality standards.
