Job summary

Alinabal, LLC is seeking an experienced press brake operator to oversee daily setup and operation of hydraulic CNC presses. The role includes performing setup, executing CNC programs, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.

You will inspect work, track time via the E2 system, and maintain equipment and tooling. A continuous improvement mindset and strong blueprint-reading skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Reads blueprints and technical documents associated with machine operation.
• Belief in continuous improvement and disciplined processes.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter who can multi-task and prioritize work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong metal press forming and basic fabrication background.
• Knowledge of fabrication, hydraulic press and/or punch operations including basic setup.
• Ability to use various inspection gauges.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with Amada NT and NC9 programming.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hydraulic CNC controlled presses per drawings and paperwork.
• Create, edit and retrieve CNC programs from system files and execute.
• Inspect and verify work prior to submission for inspection.
• Meet delivery dates and quality requirements for assigned jobs.
• Maintain equipment and fluid levels; clean work area and return fixtures/tools after job completion.
• Identify setup reduction opportunities and Lean process opportunities; report to 6S lead.
• Advise supervision of issues that arise and resolve basic manufacturing problems.
• Utilize time-tracking via the E2 management system.
