JPW Companies in Syracuse, NY is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC press brake operation, blueprint interpretation, and a commitment to precision, quality, and safety.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience is preferred. You will set up machines, program tooling, read drawings, and verify parts with calipers and micrometers to ensure tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in metal fabrication and CNC press brake operation.
• High school diploma or GED; technical certifications are a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T symbols.
• Strong math and measurement skills; able to handle tight tolerances.
• Physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Set up machines, input CNC programs, and adjust tooling for accurate bends.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T for part specifications.
• Perform quality control with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
