Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience operating a press brake or similar machine.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with calipers and micrometers for precise measurements.
• Able to stand for up to 6 hours and lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, or punch metals.
• Interpret blueprints, production orders, and specs to meet dimensions and tolerances.
• Plan and layout bending sequence using drawings and blueprints.
• Bend products from light to heavy weight and set up tooling.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers/micrometers to ensure accuracy.
• Perform maintenance and report machine issues.
