Location: Allentown, PA
Salary: $28.00 - $29.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator for its facility outside of Allentown, PA. This is a direct hire role. Candidates must have previous CNC experience and be local to Allentown, PA. No relocation or sponsorship available.

This role involves:

1. Setting up, programming, and operating CNC press brake machinery to bend and shape metal components according to engineering specifications.
2. Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine settings and fabrication techniques.
3. Selecting and installing appropriate tooling for each job, ensuring accuracy during setup and changeovers.
4. Conducting inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
5. Making machine adjustments and troubleshooting issues as needed.
6. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
7. Documenting production data and maintaining records.

Qualifications include:

1. 3–5 years of CNC press brake operation experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
2. Proficiency in reading blueprints and shop drawings.
3. Understanding of tooling, bend allowances, and metal properties.
