Job summary

Clow Stamping Company is seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team in Merrifield, VA. You will operate brake press equipment to form metal components according to blueprints and specifications, set up jobs, and verify tooling and material requirements.

This hands-on role offers multiple shifts with pay starting at $21.25–$22.25 per hour, plus shift differentials. Candidates with 1+ year of press brake or manufacturing experience, solid mechanical aptitude, and

Clow is looking for a CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate brake press equipment to accurately bend and form metal components that become part of quality products used by leading manufacturers.

This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll learn machine set-up, tooling, material handling, and part inspection while developing valuable manufacturing skills. Working alongside experienced team members, you'll build your knowledge of blueprints, job specifications, and precision forming processes.

Shifts Available:

• Shift 13: 4:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Thursday
• Shift 14: 2:00pm - 12:00am, Monday - Thursday (+$1.25/hour shift differential)
• Shift 21: 6:00am - 6:00pm, Friday - Sunday (+$3.50/hour shift differential)

Starting Rate of Pay:

• $21.25 - $22.25 per hour base rate depending on experience.

What You'll Do

• Operate brake press equipment to form metal parts to specifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 100 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, material handling, and part movement
