Job summary

Dimensional Innovations seeks an experienced CNC Press Brake Programmer/Operator to join our Metal Fabrication team. This role is not a repetitive production position; you will program, set up, and operate CNC press brakes for one-off and low-volume work across the country.

You will read prints and shop drawings, develop bend sequences, select tooling, create or modify programs, and perform first-piece inspections while solving forming challenges independently.

Qualifications

• Experience programming and operating CNC press brakes.
• Able to read blueprints and fabrication drawings/specifications.
• Knowledge of bend allowances, deductions, sequences, and tooling selection.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC press brake equipment.
• Read blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Develop bend sequences and determine efficient forming methods.
• Select tooling based on material type, thickness, and bend requirements.
• Create and modify machine programs for custom parts.
• Perform first-piece inspections and verify accuracy.
• Troubleshoot forming, tooling, and setup issues.
• Maintain quality to meet production schedules.
