Job summary

Alinabal - Manufacturing Facilities in Putnam, CT, is seeking a skilled press brake operator to oversee daily setup and operation of hydraulic CNC controlled presses.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, can read blueprints, and applies continuous improvement and lean methods to meet quality, delivery dates and safety standards.

You will create and edit CNC programs, maintain tooling, and work to identify setup reduction opportunities while supporting the Lean 6S team.

• Familiarity with Amada NT and NC9 programming.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hydraulic CNC press brakes.
• Perform setup and quality operations for machining.
• Create, edit, and retrieve CNC programs and run them.
• Manufacture products meeting quality requirements.
• Inspect work before submission for inspection.
• Meet delivery dates and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper fluid levels.
• Return fixtures and tooling after job completion.
