Job summary

IronLeaf Designs is seeking two experienced CNC & Plasma Machine Operators to join our growing production and fabrication team in Charlotte, NC. You will set up and operate CNC router and plasma cutting equipment to produce components accurately according to drawings and requirements.

The role requires at least three years of hands-on experience with CNC router, laser, plasma, or similar equipment, with the ability to read blueprints and production docs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC router, laser, plasma, or similar machine operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC router and plasma cutting equipment according to specifications and production requirements.
• Operate laser equipment as needed based on experience and production needs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and production documentation.
• Load materials, select tooling, and prepare machines for production.
• Perform machine programming and make adjustments as needed.
• Monitor machine operation and maintain quality and consistency.
• Measure and inspect completed parts to verify dimensions and tolerances.
