Job description

1. Operator trained to load a part safely, start the machine cycle and remove the part when completed. Perform a visual quality inspection of the part. Notify the supervisor or lead of any issues
2. Operate all CNC Equipment (mills/lathes)
3. Complete necessary product quality inspections and documentation
4. Place completed parts in the appropriate container
5. How to use the Emergency-stop in the event of a machine malfunction or unusual noise
6. Must maintain quality & productivity objectives in single and multiple equipment operation
7. Capable of learning how to report daily production in M3
8. Must be trainable in the use of precise measuring equipment & quality inspection.
9. Must be able to comprehend product identification and quality standards
10. M&G Code experience
11. Programming experience helpful
