Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation in Mahwah, New Jersey, is seeking a skilled operator to produce dental prosthetic products with our strict safety and quality standards. You will run CNC/milling equipment, inspect tools and parts, and perform in-process QC using CMM and microscopes.

The role requires adherence to SOPs and the ability to multi-task across production lines. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic PC skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: GED or high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Crucial skills: basic computer use, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, GMPs and SW to produce dental products.
• Install/adjust milling tools and switch operations per SOP.
• Observe machine settings and detect malfunctions.
• Inspect tools for wear and replace as needed.
• Perform in-process QC inspections and tests.
• Operate secondary equipment (CMM, microscope, ovens, etc.).
• Meet daily production targets and maintain safety.
