Job summary

Plastic-Craft Products Corp. in West Nyack, NY seeks a detail-oriented Machinist to load fixtures, follow setup sheets, and monitor cycles. No programming required; you verify each part with calipers and prepare the next job.

Qualifications

• Must follow written setup sheets with no shortcuts.
• Comfortable using hand tools, calipers and basic measuring.
• Careful and detail-oriented; stock and tooling are not cheap.
• HS diploma or GED, driver's license, reliable commute to West Nyack.
• Able to stand and handle parts through a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Load fixtures and stock, set offsets, and run cycles.
• Monitor the process and unload parts, checking against prints with calipers.
• Ensure each part coming off the machine is correct and ready for the next job.
