Plastic-Craft Products Corp. in West Nyack, NY seeks a detail-oriented Machinist to load fixtures, follow setup sheets, and monitor cycles. No programming required; you verify each part with calipers and prepare the next job.
Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30 with occasional overtime. We offer health, dental, life, 401(k), paid vacation and holidays, plus a clear path to a full Machinist role from within.
We're a 35-person shop in a 33,000 sq ft facility, family-owned since 1934, ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified. We machine acrylic, polycarbonate, UHMW, PTFE and other engineering plastics, and we've expanded into aluminum and steel, for aerospace, industrial, retail display and prototype customers.
The program is already written by the time it gets to you. You take the setup sheet, load the fixture, load the stock, set your offsets, and run the cycle. You watch it while it runs, unload the part, check it against the print with calipers or gauges, and get the next one going. No programming, no CAM software - that's someone else's job. Yours is making sure every part that comes off the machine is right.
You do not need CNC programming or CAM software experience for this role.
Plastic-Craft Products Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
