Job summary

Stoughton Trailers, LLC seeks an industrial technician to turn solid models into flawless welded assemblies. You’ll read blueprints, program a TRUMPF cell, and bring a Motoman YRC1000 back online after a fault.

Qualifications

Read blueprints and documents to interpret solid models.
Program TRUMPF cell and validate processes.
Bring Motoman YRC1000 back online after faults.
Experience with lasers, bend cells, robotics, automation, and robotic weld cells.

Responsibilities

Program, operate, and maintain assigned equipment; set up machining centers and operate HMI.
Assist with loading parts; restart equipment after malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
Conduct in-process quality checks and communicate issues to leadership.
Inspect machinery, troubleshoot, and report breakdowns promptly.
Train new employees and coordinate preventive maintenance with teams.
