Qualifications

• Looking for operator with CNC experience.

• Understand how to use micrometers and calipers.
• Able to convert fractions to decimals (e.g., 3/16 = .1875).
• Familiar with Messer MPC 2000 system and HPR 400 XD.
• Machine has 2 plasma heads with bevel capabilities.
• Crane experience and knowledge of thickness grades.
• Basic understanding of running a plasma/oxy cutting system.
• Must follow written and verbal directions.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Reading drawings is a plus.
• Candidates will be trained for Alltra and Messer table.
• Starting wage is $13.00/hr and overtime is common.
• Quality control, part grinding and packaging.
• Able to handle fast-paced, heavy workload days.

Candidate requirements = Looking for operator with CNC experience

Read tape measure down to 1/32''

Understand how to use micrometers and calipers

Must be able to convert fractions into decimals ie. (3/16 is 188 1/4 is .250 and 3/8 is .375)

Our Messer system is a MPC 2000 with a HPR 400 XD

Machine has 2 plasma heads with bevel capabilities

Crane experience and understanding different thickness grades.

Must have basic understanding of running a plasma/oxy cutting system.

Must be able to follow written and verbal directions.

Must be self motivated and have an attention for detail.

Knowledge of how to read drawings is a plus.

Candidates will be trained for the Alltra and Messer table.

Position will start at $13.00/hr.

Position will be required to work overtime as needed often.

Other requirements will include Quality control and part grinding and packaging.
