Must read and understand blueprints and operating instructions.
Math competency – 8th grade or greater.
Ability to read/write English proficiently.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to use a computer for daily activities.
Follow the safe practices and housekeeping instructions.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC Single Spindle Swiss Screw Machines and/or CNC Lathes.
Completing routine inspections on each machine in accordance with the FAIR inspection plan.
Moves parts to CNC Cell completion Rack of each shift.
Immediately report any concerns to the Tool Tech and/or Production Supervisor/Lead.
Keeping work areas clean and organized.
Remove chips from machine daily to reduce interference with normal operation.
Responsible for overall operations of the team and production performance (both quantity and quality)
