Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists in Claremore, OK is seeking a CNC Operator – Level 2 for a full-time role, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Mon–Fri, with pay around $20+ per hour depending on experience. This position emphasizes precise part production, instruction adherence, and safety.

You will operate CNC mills and/or lathes, perform in-process inspections, feed/unload parts, and ensure parts meet blueprints and tolerances. Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and gauges is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts per work instructions.
• Load and unload parts and monitor machine cycles.
• Perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools.
• Verify parts meet blueprint specifications and tolerances.
• Change tools and adjust offsets as directed (no full setups).
• Maintain accurate production counts and basic documentation.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.

Position Summary

Operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a precision manufacturing environment Maintain production flow while meeting quality standards Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications Support overall shop productivity and efficiency Follow all safety and work procedures
