Prince Service & Mfg in Macon, GA is seeking a CNC Operator (Laser) to join our team. You will setup, maintain, and operate a CNC machine, read blueprints, and help produce parts to specification.

We value detail, problem solving, and teamwork; 1 year of experience preferred. This is first shift on-site, with safety and quality focus, and opportunities for growth within our employee-focused company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNC/operator experience required.
• Attention to detail to ensure parts meet specs.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong teamwork and communication with the production team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Operate with Precision: Assists with the setup, maintenance, and operation of a CNC machine. Select lenses, load program, and calculate machine specs and parameters based on the thickness and type of material use.
• Bring Designs to Life: Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce parts that meet exact specifications.
• Ensure Excellence: Maintain and troubleshoot machines for peak performance, ensuring every product meets our quality standards.
• Drive Efficiency: Work closely with team members to streamline production processes and maximize output.
• Prioritize Safety: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient work environment
