Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a CNC Operator in Troy, OH for 2nd shift. Pay starts at $18.47/hour with a $1 shift differential; training on 1st shift at the same rate. You will run CNC machines, monitor quality, and keep production moving in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (technical training beneficial) and experience with measuring devices. Physical ability to stand, lift, and operate equipment is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training helpful.
• Ability to read blueprints or specifications is a plus.
• Experience with CNC operation and setup desired; good measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC, injection presses, and lathe-type equipment.
• Monitor product quality and inspect parts for conformance.
• Maintain safe, efficient production throughput.
