Premier Aluminum, LLC is seeking a CNC Operator for the 2nd shift to produce machined parts with tight tolerances. You will operate CNC machines and perform standard set-ups as needed.

Work hours are 4pm to 2am, Monday through Thursday, with a $1.50 per hour shift premium and a $250 attendance/safety bonus monthly. Starting wages range from $20 to $24 per hour, based on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Machining fundamentals and basic operation skills.
• Shop arithmetic and measurement procedures.
• Print reading and interpreting specifications.
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, cooperative and positive behavior.
• Minimum of 6 months machine operation experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on CNC experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Operate CNC and other machines to perform standard sequences as programmed.
• Drilling, boring, milling, turning and balancing as required.
• Follow detailed process instructions and maintain setups.
• Use precision instruments to check machine positioning.
• Inspect own work for quality and meet part rates.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist other operators as needed and support continuous improvement.
• Recognize capabilities and take initiative to improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
